You will design and optimize conversational interfaces for virtual assistants and chatbots, ensuring high interaction accuracy and intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows and dialogue structures for virtual assistants.
• Optimize chatbot performance through iterative testing and refinement.
• Apply UX/UI design principles specifically to chat-based interfaces.
• Implement NLU and NLP logic to improve user interaction accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in conversational design.
• Proven experience with NLU/NLP technologies.
• Strong background in UX/UI design for chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Direct experience in chatbot optimization.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with major conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Lex).
• Knowledge of voice interface design patterns.
