Description

You will architect and implement core AI platform components and conversational solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect core AI platform components, workflows, and bot logic.
• Implement and manage end-to-end AI-driven conversation flows using Kore.ai.
• Develop, test, and deploy chatbot solutions.
• Design scalable conversational AI architectures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI.
• Direct implementation experience with Kore.ai.
• 3 to 4 years of experience working on Core AI Platforms.
• Strong background in Machine Learning.
• Proven experience in Chatbot Development and BOT creation.
• Expertise in AI implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling AI platforms for enterprise use.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) frameworks.
