Description

You will develop and implement conversational AI solutions using LEX and Amazon/AWS Connect.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop intent- and utterance-based logics and interaction flows for Chatbot and Voicebot solutions.
• Create high-level and low-level design and architecture documentation for workflows.
• Lead a technical team and manage client project aspects to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and integrations.

Required Skills

• 7-9 years experience developing Chatbot and Voicebot solutions on Conversational AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Python, LEX, and AWS Connect.
• Proficiency in AI and Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing client projects.
• Ability to design, document, and implement scalable conversational AI workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
