Description

You will design, build, and optimize conversational interfaces using Dialogflow.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Dialogflow agents, selecting between CX and ES based on project requirements.
• Build webhooks in Python or Node.js to handle advanced dialogue logic.
• Design user-focused conversation flows and seamless interactions.
• Integrate Dialogflow with web, mobile, and messaging platforms.
• Leverage machine learning to improve chatbot response accuracy and performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data science.
• 3+ years of experience working with Dialogflow.
• Proficiency in NLP and GCP.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of Dialogflow essentials.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Genesis platform for IVR.
