Description

Design and implement intelligent conversational solutions for healthcare applications using Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text. Deploy Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Utilize GCP services including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer to ensure scalable service delivery.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and handle web programming tasks.
• Implement secret management and authentication mechanisms to secure communications.
• Conduct web scraping for data collection and integration tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text.
• Expertise in Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, specifically Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization.
• Basic web development skills in HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with web server setup.
• Knowledge of secret management, authentication, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare application development.
• Knowledge of advanced GCP networking configurations.
