Description

Design and deploy intelligent conversational solutions for healthcare applications using Google CCAI and Dialogflow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text.
• Deploy and manage Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) and CCaaS solutions.
• Utilize GCP services including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer for scalable delivery.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker and handle web programming tasks.
• Conduct web scraping for data collection and implement secure authentication mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text.
• Expertise in Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) and CCaaS.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP services (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Load Balancer).
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization.
• Basic web development skills in HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with web server setup and secret management.
• Familiarity with web scraping techniques.
