Description

You will design and implement AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational interfaces using Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI.
• Apply Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering techniques to solve business problems.
• Translate business requirements into functional Generative AI solutions.
• Analyze AI performance metrics to improve model accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver AI tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development.
• Hands-on expertise with Vertex AI and LLMs.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX and Dialogflow Playbooks.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Services, specifically Cloud Functions and BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of NLP and prompt engineering.
• Ability to use Looker Studio for data visualization and analysis.
• Experience building structured conversational AI workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
