Description

You will build and optimize generative AI-powered virtual assistants to deliver context-aware responses.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs within Vertex AI to expand conversational capabilities.
• Implement structured interactions using Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, and Tools.
• Enhance AI reasoning through retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Analyze chatbot performance using BigQuery and Looker Studio to drive iterative improvements.
• Integrate Google Cloud Functions for backend connectivity and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI development or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or AI.
• Proven experience developing AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Services, specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and Cloud Functions.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX and its Playbooks/Tools.
• Ability to implement RAG-based approaches for knowledge retrieval.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for AI model integration and automation.
• Experience deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform.
