You will build and enhance intelligent conversational solutions within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text.
• Deploy Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and leverage GCP services like Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer.
• Handle web programming tasks, including HTML, JavaScript, and web server setup.
• Implement secret management, authentication mechanisms, and security best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Google Dialogflow and Speech-to-Text.
• Expertise in Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
• Strong working knowledge of GCP services, specifically Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer.
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization.
• Basic web development skills in HTML and JavaScript.
• Experience with web server setup and secret management.
• Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools.
