Description

You will lead the development and architecture of conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design intent- and utterance-based conversational flows for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Develop and implement NLP/NLU models for intent classification, entity extraction, and routing.
• Lead end-to-end development and integration of conversational AI solutions across omni-channel platforms.
• Architect scalable conversational AI solutions using enterprise architecture, SOA, and cloud-native systems.
• Prepare high-level and low-level design documents, solution architectures, and technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 4 - 10 years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot, or voice AI development.
• Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU platforms and conversational design principles.
• Proven experience leading or owning conversational AI implementations end to end.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in scripting using Node.js, Python, or Groovy.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and omni-channel deployments.
• Familiarity with Amelia or similar enterprise conversational AI platforms.
