Description

You will lead the architecture and end-to-end development of conversational AI solutions across omni-channel platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design intent- and utterance-based conversational flows for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Develop and implement NLP/NLU models for intent classification, entity extraction, and routing.
• Architect scalable solutions using enterprise architecture, SOA, and cloud-native systems.
• Prepare high-level and low-level design documents, solution architectures, and technical specifications.
• Lead integration of conversational AI solutions into enterprise environments.

Required Skills

• 4-10 years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot, or voice AI development.
• Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU platforms and conversational design principles.
• Proven track record of leading or owning conversational AI implementations end-to-end.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in scripting using Node.js, Python, or Groovy.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, and omni-channel deployments.
• Familiarity with Amelia or similar enterprise conversational AI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and SOA.
• Background in designing complex voice assistant interfaces.
