Description

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Kore.AI or similar platforms. You will build virtual assistants, integrate with telephony systems, and implement NLP capabilities for context-aware interactions.

Responsibilities

• Build virtual assistants using Kore.AI APIs, scripting, and programming languages.
• Integrate conversational AI solutions with telephony systems and external APIs.
• Implement NLP and NLU capabilities to enable context-aware conversations.
• Produce detailed design documents, write code, perform code reviews, and conduct unit testing.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including project estimation and sprint task execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience with conversational AI platforms, specifically Kore.AI or similar tools like Nuance or Amelia.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of NLP and NLU concepts.
• Experience integrating APIs with external systems and NICE contact centers.
• Hands-on experience managing Conversational AI Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Text to Speech (TTS) and Speech to Text (STT) service integration.
