Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for Speech-to-Text and generative voice AI systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute Smoke, Functional, and Regression testing across integrated Voice AI systems.
• Create test cases, log defects, and maintain documentation using Jira or similar tools.
• Conduct failure analysis and provide consistent testing status updates to teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with development teams to replicate issues and monitor end-to-end testing activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong troubleshooting and issue analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text (STT) and generative voice AI technologies.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Google, SoundHound, ElevenLabs, MirrorFly, and ChatGPT.
• Strong knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, preferably NCR Aloha suite (Aloha QS, ATO, KVS, ATG, receipt printers).
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development and scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for clear verbal test execution.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to operate independently while managing multiple workstreams.
• Experience facilitating decisions and removing blockers to maintain project momentum.
