Description

You will lead automation efforts for conversational AI virtual assistants across voice and chat platforms in enterprise contact centers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation engineering using Cyara tools for voice and chat bots.
• Implement continuous testing approaches to improve speed, quality, and automation efficiency.
• Execute complex functional and regression test scenarios covering critical inter-system integration points.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle including test strategy, planning, data requirements, scenarios, and defect management.
• Review technical designs and specifications during user story and backlog refinement sessions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA testing experience with Conversational AI Virtual Assistants (Voice & Chat) in enterprise contact centers.
• 4+ years of experience implementing automated testing using Cyara, Botium, and Velocity.
• Native English speaker (required for voice bot testing).
• Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
• Proficiency in Defect Management and Defect Workflow.
• Experience with Agile methodology and managing Test Data Requirements and Test Results.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across different lines of business.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing IBM Watson Assistant Voice & Chat bots.
• Familiarity with language models, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and Postman for API testing.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile, Rally, LucidChart, Visio, or testing within the Healthcare industry.
