Description

Design and architect conversational AI solutions and product blueprints within an enterprise ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product models for the conversational AI portfolio.
• Define subsystems, interfaces, and deployment requirements to ensure integration with enterprise solutions.
• Partner with Product Management to guide technical product lifecycles and create business value.
• Research technical strategies and document architectural frameworks to advance automation across hybrid environments.
• Design and modify components of IT systems and vendor offerings to promote integrated business systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Delivery Ecosystems and multi-layer integrations.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing AI solutions, including NLP, LLM, and Generative AI.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful microservices.
• 5+ years of experience developing in a public cloud environment, preferably AWS or GCP.
• 5+ years of experience working on agile teams with product, design, and engineering members.
• Experience with OAuth2 security protocols.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container platforms.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Experience with Splunk, including query, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
