Description

You will design and execute conversational experiences across various platforms, driving execution across technology, AI, content, and stakeholder teams to enable virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement feedback loops and usage tracking to improve conversational experiences.
• Measure and track KPIs, including intent accuracy, resolution rates, and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with content teams to create effective conversational scripts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet UX standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in conversation design or UX design.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with AI technologies and conversational interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting usage metrics.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, HCI, or related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
