Description

You will design and implement natural language interactions for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, dialogues, and user journeys for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Create conversational personas, character profiles, and scripts that align with brand voice.
• Develop conversational content including responses, error handling, and system prompts.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product managers to define experience strategy.
• Conduct user research and testing to iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Conversational Designer, UX Writer, or in a related role.
• Proven experience designing conversational interfaces and dialogues.
• Strong understanding of conversational design principles, flow, dialogue structure, and context management.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
• Proficiency in writing concise, clear conversational content tailored to specific audiences.
• Experience using conversational design tools and platforms.
• Ability to work with chatbots, virtual assistants, and UX designers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or any graduate degree.
