You will build and optimize conversational AI systems and voice-driven interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI workflows using Voice AI and LLM tools.
• Implement and manage data pipelines using ETL processes.
• Integrate NLP and Machine Learning models into production environments.
• Manage data storage across relational and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Expertise with Generative AI and LLM tools, including GPT and BERT.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and Machine Learning.
• Practical experience with Vertex AI.
• Experience with Voice AI conversation design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Nuance IVR or Microsoft conversational platforms.
• Experience with ETL, relational databases, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• Any graduate degree.
