Description

Manage continuity of operations planning and cybersecurity risk management for the Army CIO and G-6 office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for the Army's Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) mission.
• Develop the Army CIO/G-6 COOP Operations Plan (OPLAN) and recommend policies, directives, and IT designs.
• Coordinate mobilization of equipment, communications, and personnel to maintain connectivity during emergencies.
• Manage Army and Joint taskers using the Army Task Management Tracker (TMT) and DOD tasker tools.
• Deliver senior-level briefings, executive summaries, white papers, and after-action reports to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in COOP, Information Security, or Cybersecurity.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.
• Proficiency with the Army Task Management Tracker (TMT) and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2).
• Deep knowledge of COOP policies, directives, and IT compliance.
• Experience managing Mission Essential Functions and IT exercise implementation.
• Ability to analyze resource availability and recommend acquisitions for emergency service requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a DOD environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
