Description

You will program and operate CMM equipment to verify the accuracy of parts, fixtures, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM equipment to measure parts, fixtures, and tooling.
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends and issues.
• Recommend corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Implement and troubleshoot programs directly on CMM machines on-site.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of CMM programming experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in CMM programming software such as PC-DMIS, Camio, MODUS, or QUINDOS.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with CMM, fixtures, and process control tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Red X methodologies.
• U.S. citizenship is required for program access.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace industry within Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Experience with ACE/CORE tools, AS9100, and Quality Management Systems.
• Knowledge of major rotating critical to quality hardware.
• Ability to use data analysis for process improvement and project leadership.
