Description

You will program and operate CMM equipment to verify part, fixture, and tooling accuracy. You analyze measurement data to identify trends, implement corrective actions, and troubleshoot programs directly on-site.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM equipment to measure parts, fixtures, and tooling.
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends and quality issues.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CMM programs directly on machines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of CMM programming experience (or advanced degree with 5 years).
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS, Camio, MODUS, or QUINDOS.
• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience with CMM, fixtures, and process control tools.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Red X methodologies.
• U.S. citizenship required for program access.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years in aerospace Quality, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• Experience with ACE/CORE tools, AS9100, and Quality Management Systems.
