Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee learning and development programs.
• Manage learning management systems and related training workflows.
• Support organizational development initiatives.
• Execute training administration tasks to meet departmental needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with Employee Learning & Development processes.
• Knowledge of Organizational Development principles.
• Background in training coordination and administration.
• Ability to work onsite in Titusville, NJ.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
