Description

Custom AI solution building using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & the broader Azure AI ecosystem. 
This role will provide comprehensive support for solutions across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure Studio—from rapidly creating intelligent, 
cutting-edge applications to empowering R&D teams with the skills and resources needed to leverage Microsoft’s AI frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop and deploy custom AI solutions, automate workflows and business processes using Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Studio
Collaborate with business to identify and prioritize AI use cases for productivity assistance and Low-code/No-code solutions
Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to highlight the capabilities and educate the R&D organization about Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & the broader Azure AI ecosystem
Integrate appropriate AI services for business needs, staying updated on the new features and capabilities of AI services such as Azure Foundry
Build knowledge base of recurring issues for user self-service

Skills:
Copilot Studio - Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom copilots/chatbots
Microsoft 365 Copilot – Experience creating and integrating one-off agents that customize Copilot capabilities
Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Studio to enhance copilots with contextual and enterprise data.
Azure AI services & API integration
Browser development tools
Familiarity with plugin development, custom connectors, and Power Platform orchestration for extending Copilot capabilities
Strong understanding of security, governance, and lifecycle management within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.
