Description

You will build custom AI solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Azure AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI solutions and automate business processes using Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Studio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases for productivity assistance and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations to educate the R&D organization on Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Azure AI ecosystem.
• Integrate appropriate AI services for business needs, tracking new features in services like Azure Foundry.
• Build a knowledge base to support user self-service for recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in relevant development roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom copilots using Copilot Studio.
• Experience creating and integrating one-off agents to customize Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities.
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Studio to contextualize copilots.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of security, governance, and lifecycle management within Power Platform and M365.
