Description

You will design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop conversational AI agents and copilots using Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents.
• Integrate Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Search, and semantic indexing to enable knowledge retrieval.
• Engineer prompts and implement evaluation frameworks to ensure AI reliability and accuracy.
• Apply responsible AI principles and governance standards to all AI deployments.
• Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders through clear communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or conversational AI development.
• Deep expertise with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong background in prompt engineering and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with knowledge graph structures and semantic search design.
• Understanding of cognitive services and Microsoft Search capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar technical certification.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Copilot Studio Specialist or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Experience with Responsible AI Certification from Microsoft or industry bodies.
