Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate Copilot plugins, prompts, and workflows to automate business processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, and related APIs to enable context-aware features.
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot solutions for performance and user experience.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for implemented features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years overall experience in Software or Automation Development.
• 2+ years developing solutions in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform).
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications related to AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience building chatbots or custom plugins for Microsoft Teams.
