Description

You will design and develop AI-based solutions and chatbot agents to automate tasks and enhance user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build conversational agents using Copilot Studio to improve user interaction.
• Integrate Copilot solutions into existing workflows and systems to increase efficiency.
• Develop intuitive interfaces for users to interact with AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to align AI features with business goals.
• Provide technical training and support to the team on effective Copilot usage.

Required Skills

• 4 to 9 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of AI principles, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with prompt engineering to elicit specific AI responses.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and their associated services.
• Experience integrating Copilot with other applications, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data privacy considerations.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues within AI-powered tools and platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with various Copilot offerings, including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
