Description

Develop and deploy custom copilots using M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate copilots with knowledge sources, APIs, and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Build advanced agents and extend functionalities using Power Platform workflows and Python scripts.
• Translate business requirements into Copilot flows alongside conversation designers and business analysts.
• Test, debug, and support copilots throughout development and deployment.
• Ensure enterprise governance compliance during deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in Power Platform development.
• Experience with Python scripting for agent extension.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and external knowledge sources.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering principles.
• Ability to align copilots with broader business processes.
