You will facilitate workshops and deliver practical Microsoft Copilot solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions to identify high-value Copilot use cases.
• Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes and operational workflows.
• Design and support AI agent builds using Copilot Studio and low-code tools.
• Deliver enablement, training, and co-build sessions with customer teams.
• Guide customers through organizational change as AI adoption evolves.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, or solution architecture.
• Strong consulting mindset with confidence engaging stakeholders and running workshops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, or low-code tools.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and drive outcomes without rigid specifications.
• Understanding of Microsoft Business Applications and Modern Work ecosystems.
• Experience partnering with technical teams on integration, data, and governance.
• Any Graduate degree.
