Description

Lead technical architecture and solution design for Microsoft Copilot Studio engagements, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Copilot Studio solutions, integrating agent design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Establish governance frameworks covering security, compliance, and Center of Excellence (CoE) capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and collaborate with delivery teams to align with business goals.
• Drive pre-sales efforts through demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposal development.
• Mentor technical teams and guide stakeholders on adopting new Copilot Studio and Power Platform features.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in solution/software architecture or enterprise IT experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent design and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure AI services and implementing governance/compliance frameworks for AI solutions.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring skills with cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Strong consulting and communication skills for engaging technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and stakeholder management.
