Description

Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. Develop conversational logic, integrate with enterprise systems, and manage agent lifecycle within M365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, triggers, and multi-turn interactions.
• Develop workflows using Power Automate and Dataverse, connecting copilots to external data sources and REST APIs.
• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Office) and enterprise systems.
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable AI agent architectures.
• Manage agent deployment, permissions, and lifecycle, staying current with Power Platform best practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development, automation, or AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Proficiency with Power Platform: Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, specifically Azure OpenAI or Azure AI Foundry.
• Proficiency with Power Fx and familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions and unstructured data processing.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL) and third-party integrations (e.g., ServiceNow).
