Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and build backend services for AI-driven product features and platform capabilities.
• Develop agent-based and workflow-oriented systems using Python and modern backend patterns.
• Support distributed architecture decisions for reliability, persistence, and scalability.
• Build and maintain APIs and service integrations for AI, search, and recommendation use cases.
• Partner with product and infrastructure teams to ship production-ready backend capabilities.

Experience Required:

• 5-12 years of experience in Python backend development and AI engineering.
• Experience building agentic AI or AI agent-based systems in production environments.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous programming, and backend architecture.
• Experience with cloud-native backend services, APIs, and production debugging.

Good to Have:

• Core Java.
• Microservices.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
