Description

You will research, design, and test high-density wearable electronics and system peripherals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware including SoCs, microprocessors, custom ICs, and support logic.
• Review and approve plan layouts for new designs and modifications to existing systems.
• Write detailed functional specifications and manage design flow and tradeoffs.
• Evaluate hardware/software interfaces and overall system performance requirements.
• Direct technicians and engineering designers to support prototype builds and new technology introduction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Strong EE fundamentals with high-density rigid/flex board design experience.
• Hands-on lab skills and rapid prototyping experience.
• Technical proficiency with USB, MIPI, PCIe, and SPI interfaces.
• Experience designing, bringing up, and evaluating SoCs, sensors, wireless, audio, and display technologies.
• Ability to review embedded software logs and code.
• Experience using automation to improve project quality and scalability.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Electrical Engineering specialization.
