Description

Implement, support, and improve business applications using the Oracle HCM technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Core HR modules to meet client-specific requirements using Oracle Fusion HCM best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Core HR processes and configurations.
• Execute end-to-end project phases including system configuration, user testing, training, cutover, and post go-live support.
• Perform system maintenance tasks including patching, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Core HR modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional project roles.
• Minimum of one end-to-end implementation life cycle for an Oracle HCM project.
• Deep expertise in Core HR modules and configurations.
• Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and provide technical recommendations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex functional issues.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Security Roles & Permissions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
