Description

You will develop and support backend systems for the financial services sector.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation and production support.
• Design and implement software solutions by analyzing complex technical requirements.
• Perform unit and system testing while contributing to performance tuning efforts.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within Agile teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, including OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Extensive experience with PL/SQL and MySQL, including complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for distributed messaging and stream processing.
• Experience using Redis for caching, session management, or message brokering.
• Advanced SQL skills for implementing business logic.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications (BE/B.Tech/MCA), or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging tools.
