Description

You will design, build, and maintain backend systems using Core Java and distributed messaging technologies for the financial sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and production support.
• Design and implement software solutions for complex technical requirements.
• Execute unit and system testing while contributing to performance tuning.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver iterative software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of programming experience, including 5+ years in the financial industry.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Expertise in PL/SQL and MySQL, including complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
• Experience with Kafka for distributed messaging and stream processing.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching or session management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications (BE/B.Tech/MCA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.
