Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and implementation of core Java backend applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and provide time/cost estimates for application development.
• Monitor and control all development phases from analysis and design to testing and implementation.
• Analyze complex technical problems and recommend robust solutions using specialized knowledge.
• Consult with users and technology groups to drive advanced programming strategies.
• Advise and coach junior team members on technical guidance and best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in core Java backend development.
• Deep proficiency in Core Java and hands-on experience with Pega platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining API development solutions.
• Proficiency in automation testing frameworks, specifically Selenium and JUnit.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools and Copilot for development efficiency.
• Knowledge of Playwright for testing or automation tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT planning and strategic technology adoption.
• Strong background in consulting with cross-functional technology groups.
