Description

You will design and maintain high-performance trading applications for the investment banking domain, owning technical delivery of trading features without direct supervision.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core Java components for order processing and messaging systems.
• Build and manage trading workflows, including order tickets and market data event handling.
• Collaborate with algorithmic teams to support automated trading strategies.
• Own technical delivery of trading features without direct supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Core Java development.
• Extensive experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Deep understanding of multi-threading and memory management.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST APIs and JDBC.
• Proven background in algorithmic trading or trading application development.
• Direct experience with order processing, messaging systems, and systems trading.
• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Knowledge of Global Markets, Investment Banking, or Fixed Income trading flows.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Equities trading.
• Background in Financial or Banking sectors.
