Own backend development using asynchronous programming and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using microservices architecture.
• Implement asynchronous programming patterns to handle high-concurrency workloads.
• Design and manage data persistence using NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with team members through clear technical communication.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of professional backend development experience.
• Deep understanding of Java fundamentals.
• Proficiency with microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase, Cassandra, or MongoDB.
• Ability to work on pure backend systems; no UI experience is required.
• Strong technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vert.x for asynchronous programming.
