You will develop and maintain core backend systems using Java and the Spring framework.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and execute clean code during technical assessments.
• Implement efficient multi-threading and memory management strategies.
• Manage system performance through caching and context switching optimizations.
• Proactively identify and automate manual processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring and Hibernate.
• Deep understanding of core Java concepts, including memory management and multi-threading.
• Ability to write and run functional programs within a 20-minute technical window.
• Strong communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Automation or RPA.
