You will develop backend services using Java and the Spring framework.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute clean, functional code during technical assessments.
• Implement core Java concepts including multithreading and memory management.
• Manage application performance through caching and efficient context switching.
• Take ownership of tasks and proactively address workload requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Proficiency in Spring and Hibernate.
• Deep understanding of memory management and multithreading.
• Practical knowledge of caching and context switching.
• Ability to write and run programs within a 20-minute technical live coding window.
• Strong communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Automation or RPA.
