Description

Develop and maintain data processing applications within a Big Data ecosystem. You will own the release pipeline and optimize code across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize code using Core Java and MapReduce.
• Develop data processing scripts using Pig and Hive.
• Manage data workflows using Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Debug complex issues across the Big Data stack.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop.
• Experience with Pig and Hive.
• Practical knowledge of MapReduce.
• Proficiency in Unix commands and shell scripting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience with Scala.
