Description

You will drive technical direction and deliver high-quality Java services.

You will own the release pipeline and mentor engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide teams on technical aspects across Engineering, Product, and Analytics.
• Design tooling and solutions to improve engineering workflows, such as load or migration tools.
• Enable delivery teams to meet incremental sprint goals.
• Write clean, performance-friendly code and perform unit testing.
• Investigate and resolve production and performance issues in live systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Core Java/J2EE technologies.
• Extensive experience with Java 1.8+ and above.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Programming using Core JAVA/J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Boot services (2+ years).
• Strong experience with JUnit, Mockito, and RestAssured for unit testing.
• Experience utilizing Java Stream APIs and Lambda Expressions.
• Demonstrable knowledge of infra and application security for large-scale multi-tenant systems.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and business stakeholders.
