Description

Develop and maintain core systems for ETF trading and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, and document technical solutions for complex problems.
• Develop software using Core Java, Spring, and RESTful frameworks in an Agile environment.
• Implement and maintain code using Test Driven Development, pair programming, and continuous integration.
• Manage data structures and design patterns including Dependency Injection, MVVM, and MVC.
• Optimize database performance using T-SQL, focusing on normalization, de-normalization, and locking mechanisms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Solid Computer Science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience working in UNIX environments.
• Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python.
• Strong knowledge of XML and JSON.
• Experience with T-SQL and database performance tuning.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with JavaScript, Angular, React, or TypeScript.
• UX design experience.
• Domain knowledge in ETF Trading and Portfolio Management.
