Description

Lead the development and optimization of core Java middle-tier systems and distributed infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale distributed systems with complex concurrent requirements.
• Administer databases, writing advanced SQL and stored procedures for data integrity and access.
• Tune application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues using profiling tools.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Java programming and concurrent system design.
• Experience with distributed caching solutions.
• Expertise in database administration and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with profiling tools such as JUnit and JProfiler/JProbe.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Python, Scala, or Apache Spark.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, ExtJS).
• Experience building applications in cloud ecosystems, preferably Microsoft Azure.
