Lead the delivery of secure, scalable data platform solutions for collection, storage, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-level applications using object-oriented and functional programming languages.
• Design and implement batch and real-time data pipelines on AWS.
• Own the entire SDLC process for data platform solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Scala.
• Experience with Spring Boot and building REST APIs.
• Expertise in microservices architecture and distributed computing.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EMR, SQS, Kinesis, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts, KMS, Kerberos, and other authentication mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Data Warehouses or Data Lakes.
• Proficiency with Spark, Kafka, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch.
