Description

Lead incident resolution and troubleshooting for core network services, acting as the subject matter expert for Messaging and Voicemail solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated incidents and lead troubleshooting bridges with internal and vendor teams.
• Perform initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for outages and service degradations.
• Develop key metrics for performance monitoring and service assurance.
• Collaborate with performance engineering and NOC teams to enhance network health KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the wireless industry on the carrier or vendor side.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of 5G Standalone (SA) Core Network functions including NRF, BSF, NSSF, SEPP, NEF, SCP, and PCF.
• Expertise in Mavenir SMSC and MMSC product solutions.
• Experience with IMS and Messaging domains.
• Knowledge of Core Network solutions for 911, LI (Calea), Nokia SDL, and Oracle nodes.
• Familiarity with Edge, RAN, Transport, Virtual/Cloud environments, orchestration, and FCAPS platforms.
• Ability to analyze high volumes of technical data.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud-native experience in AWS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia, Mavenir, and Oracle products.
