Description

Lead documentation efforts for software and technology aimed at a global developer audience.

Responsibilities

• Provide central program support for a small team of documentation engineers.
• Create and maintain documentation, development materials, and code samples for tools, products, and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Design, draft, and edit technical and process documentation supporting multiple programming languages.
• Manage multi-owner workstreams and drive project ownership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience authoring complex technical documentation for engineering audiences.
• Proven experience with SDK or API documentation.
• Proficiency with markdown content formatting.
• Ability to interpret and explain example code to users.
• Experience using source control to manage and publish content.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through management or ownership of workstreams.
• Strong project management and program support capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Familiarity with game engine development (Unity, Unreal Engine), web development, or Android development.
• Understanding of software infrastructure concepts and technologies.
