Description

You will oversee all accounting and financial functions while supervising HR staff in Folsom, CA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the monthly close process, monthly reporting, and annual budget preparation.
• Manage client billing, accounts receivable collections, and accounts payable.
• Direct payroll, treasury administration, and monthly reforecasts.
• Assist with quarterly tax projections and annual tax return preparation.
• Develop and implement policies to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate finance sector standards.
• CPA or MBA designation.
• Proven experience managing teams and supervising staff.
• Experience communicating with offshore teams in India.
• Ability to manage general ledger (GL) and expense functions.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in IT consulting.

• LATAM regional experience.
