Lead general accounting functions and manage a team of seven finance professionals while reporting to the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all general accounting operations and department workflows.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of seven accounting personnel.
• Drive process management initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency gains.
• Implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of progressive experience in the accounting field.
• 5+ years of accounting management experience.
• 3+ years of experience supervising accounting personnel.
• Proven background as a Corporate Accounting Manager or Accounting Manager.
• Hands-on experience with process automation and improvement.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong communication and management skills.

Preferred Skills

• CPA, CMA, or MBA designation.
